The clinic maintains three service sites and provides services such as WIC, nutritional counseling, social services, family planning, HIV/AIDS testing and counseling, health education, mental health counseling, and transportation assistance. The Ochoa site also contains a full service family dental center, a laboratory, radiology services, and pharmacy.

Charity Care from Thomason Hospital and Thomas CARES Clinics The mission is to enhance the health and wellness of the El Paso community,
making high quality, affordable heath care services accessible to all
regardless of one’s ability to pay for such services. An uninsured or
underinsured person may be provided charity care based on the Federal Income
Poverty Guidelines issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human

Hospice El Paso Hospice El Paso provides in-home services to meet the special needs of patients who have a life-limiting illness. They provide support and assistance for the family and care giver as they care for the patient throughout the end-of-life experience. The goal is to alleviate pain and suffering where cure is no longer possible. Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Program
Sponsored by the El Paso del Norte Civil Rights Project, VAWA is a unique self-help program that serves undocumented men and women suffering physical, sexual, or psychological abuse at the hands of their U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident spouses.
